Once inside, I had high hopes for some much-needed stress relief, but unfortunately, my massage experience left me feeling disappointed. While the atmosphere was calming, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the staff interaction. It took longer than expected for my therapist to arrive, which killed the mood right away. I couldn’t help but notice that the facility could use a modern touch—just a little update here and there would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. Also, having printed receipts would be a nice professional touch. I might consider coming back occasionally, but I hope they can improve on these aspects.
