I can honestly say that I was pretty disappointed during my recent visit. I just needed a quick medication refill, but the whole experience felt so robotic. It was as if the staff was just going through the motions without really listening to me. I had hoped for better communication, especially when trying to talk to the doctors seemed like a maze. I believe there's a lot of room for improvement in how they handle patient interactions. I wanted to feel taken care of, but it just didn't happen this time.

Without a doubt, I instantly felt a sense of relief walking into PCC Medical Holdings on the Far West Side of San Antonio. Their focus on patient care is evident, especially with services like care coordination and chronic disease management. I was looking for some help with my nutrition plan, and the support I received was encouraging. However, I did have some frustrations with the office staff; they seemed somewhat overwhelmed and communication about billing was confusing at times. I believe they could really uplift the entire experience by tightening up their office practices. Overall, I'm glad to have found a place that prioritizes health, but there's definitely room for improvement in the flow of services.
