I never expected my visit to be so disappointing. I went in for a medical appointment in Belmont Central, hoping to get the referral I needed for some ongoing health issues. The practitioner, Manee, seemed knowledgeable enough, but when I left, I felt like I hadn’t gotten anywhere. The front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly; it almost felt like I was bothering them just by being there. While I appreciate the efforts of the healthcare team, the atmosphere felt off-putting, which really impacted my experience. I believe there's a strong need for better training in customer service, especially for the front desk. They are the first impression for many patients, and having a more welcoming attitude would definitely improve the overall experience.
