After experiencing the music and writing group, I can honestly say it was a delightful outlet for my creative expression. The atmosphere was friendly, making it really easy to feel at home and share ideas. I loved having access to musical instrumentsβI found myself strumming the guitar and even trying out some new tunes! However, I did feel that some questions could have been addressed more promptly, which would enhance the overall experience. Still, the weekly sessions were a highlight for me and I look forward to creating more music in such a supportive setting.

While I was at this local art and lunch spot in Burlington, I had mixed feelings. I was really excited to create some art and enjoy the community vibe, but honestly, the staff interaction left me feeling pretty uncomfortable. They seemed a bit too critical and harsh, which put a damper on my experience. On top of that, the knocking during showers was quite disruptive when I was trying to focus on my art. I really think they could improve on the professionalism of the staff to make it a more welcoming environment. It's a bummer because the space has so much potential! β€οΈ

What really stood out during my experience was the compassionate atmosphere, but I can't help feeling a little let down by the pace of the housing options. While the staff was incredibly supportive and understanding, I believe there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to finding placements for clients more swiftly. It felt like we were moving at a snail's pace, which can be really tough for those navigating such a challenging time. I genuinely appreciate the help and resources they offer, but I hope they can streamline their housing services to better serve those in need.
