He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to see such excellent and personable service these days! 😊 I left feeling very well taken care of and without any doubts about my care plan. I was disappointed by my recent experience at Parkland Health while seeking preventative care. The staff was genuinely helpful and kind, which is always a plus! However, I ran into an unexpected billing issue that left me feeling frustrated. I really think they could benefit from additional training on dealing with commercial medical insurance and billing processes. It's important for patients to feel informed about their costs, especially when focusing on prevention. I still appreciate their efforts and hope they can improve in this area!

Upon entering, I was met with an overwhelming sense of frustration. I had come in for a blood test as part of my regular medical check-up, but the appointment process was a complete mess. There were significant delays that seemed to stem from poor communication among the staff, leaving me in limbo for much longer than necessary. When I finally approached someone to inquire about the delay, I was met with rudeness that only added to my frustration. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like you're just another number in a busy system rather than a valued patient. I would strongly suggest that they improve their appointment handling and staff communication to avoid such experiences. I really hope they take this feedback seriously—it would make a world of difference.
