After visiting the pediatric clinic, I felt a mix of hope and frustration. We went in worried about my child's persistent cough and were hopeful for a correct diagnosis of asthma. Dr. Romulo was thorough in the evaluation, which I appreciated, but there were moments when the communication felt a bit off. Some staff members were really friendly and helpful, while others seemed rushed and less attentive. Ultimately, we did get the asthma diagnosis, which is a relief, but it shouldn't have taken as long or felt as confusing as it did. They really need to focus on ensuring every patient feels heard and not just a number; that's crucial for families relying on them for proper treatment.
