I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the staff was during my visit in Dallas. I was there for some blood tests and expected a straightforward experience, but the interaction was far from pleasant. The staff seemed rude and dismissive, which just added to my disappointment. It’s unfortunate because I hoped this place would be supportive and caring, but I walked away feeling quite the opposite. I think they really need to focus on improving their professionalism and how they treat patients if they want to create a more welcoming environment. I don't think I’ll be coming back for another visit. 😟

When I first reached out to Parkland Health for pregnancy care, I was hopeful, but my experience left me feeling disappointed. The staff was oftentimes rude, which made my visits stressful rather than supportive. I really believe that improving communication would go a long way. It would also be great if they allowed support persons to accompany patients during appointments to ease the overwhelming experience of monitoring a pregnancy. I wanted a nurturing environment, but instead, I felt more anxious each time I visited.

While I was at Parkland Health for a check-up as a first-time mom, I have to say I left feeling a bit frustrated. The nurses seemed a bit unresponsive, and I felt like I was left waiting for what felt like forever between appointments. I really hoped for a more streamlined experience, especially being a new mom trying to navigate all this. Perhaps if they could improve their appointment efficiency and responsiveness, it would make a world of difference. It's tough enough without that added stress!
