I heard about this place from some friends, so I decided to take my kids in for their sports physicals. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the whole experience. The staff, especially a woman named Haleema, was quite rude, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. I expected a bit more care, especially when it comes to family treatments. The waiting area is nice, and it's great that they offer online visits now, but I really wished for a warmer interaction. I know urgent care can be hectic, but kindness goes a long way. Hoping for better luck next time! 🤷♀️

When I first walked into OSF OnCall Urgent Care, I was a little anxious about my health concerns. But right from the start, the staff made me feel at ease! PA Christopher took the time to thoroughly examine my symptoms and addressed all my questions with such friendliness and expertise. It really puts your mind at ease when you're feeling under the weather. I appreciated the way he explained everything clearly, and I felt heard and cared for. Plus, they provided a quick turnaround for my necessary tests which was a relief! 😊 I can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing urgent care. It’s definitely my go-to spot for any future health hiccups!

Upon entering, I was greeted by a rather unfriendly receptionist who made me question if I had walked into the right place. 🤨 Luckily, the nurses and the APRN I saw were super friendly and made me feel at ease during my health check for flu-like symptoms. It was a bit of a rollercoaster experience! I just wish the front desk staff could match the warmth of everyone else. Overall, I got the care I needed, but a little kindness goes a long way in making the whole visit more pleasant! 🤷♀️
