The staff made it clear they were on a break, and while I understand everyone needs their time, better communication about when they might be available would have helped. I appreciate the services available, particularly the routine check-ups, but the lack of timely care is a significant drawback. I occasionally need healthcare for my little one, and I really wish I felt more valued and considered during these visits.
