The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a super friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The energy in the room during the workouts was contagious, and I really appreciated the variety—they do focus a lot on both cardio and strength training, which definitely keeps things interesting. However, I was a tad disappointed with the level of coaching at times. I felt like some of the trainers were a bit rushed, and I think with better management practices and retaining quality coaches, the experience could really elevate.
