I have to say, my experience with the OT and speech therapy services was a bit of a mixed bag. While I was grateful for the long-term support provided for my son, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by some aspects of our visits. The speech therapist was attentive and knowledgeable, often suggesting valuable evaluations for my son, but I wished the front desk staff had matched that level of professionalism. Their rude demeanor really impacted our overall experience, and improved communication would make such a difference. If the front desk could reflect the positive atmosphere I found in therapy, I believe the clinic could offer an even stronger environment for our kids. Nevertheless, I appreciate the commitment to developmental support and the focus on creating personalized therapy plans.

When I first reached out to Omni Rehab in Midwood, I had high hopes for their services. Unfortunately, my experience with booking an appointment didn't quite match my expectations. The staff seemed a bit unhelpful, and I felt like the information I received was lacking. I really wanted to get clear guidance, especially since they offer so many specialized services like audiological evaluations and occupational therapy. I believe they could improve by understanding patients' needs better and being more sensitive in their responses. While the location is convenient and the offerings appealing, I left feeling disappointed. I hope they can enhance their customer service for the sake of future patients.

Meeting with Dawn Oakley was a game changer. She approached my daughter with such kindness and understanding, which immediately put us both at ease. It’s been heartwarming to see the significant growth and success in my daughter’s skills since we started. Dawn's enthusiasm is contagious, and her expertise shines through in every session. The atmosphere is welcoming and truly focused on nurturing each child's potential. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for developmental support for their little ones!
