I couldn’t believe how my experience at Ocean & Lotus Massage turned out. I had high hopes for some much-needed pain relief, but unfortunately, it didn't go as I planned. When I arrived, the atmosphere was serene, and I felt ready to unwind. However, when it came time for the massage, I found that the therapist didn’t really listen to my requests. I specifically mentioned the areas that were bothering me, but it felt like those concerns were brushed off. Instead of focusing on my back pain, the session went in a direction that didn't address my needs, leaving me frustrated. There was even a moment when the therapist got argumentative about my preferences! It was disappointing because I had hoped to leave feeling rejuvenated, but instead, I left feeling more tense than before. I really think it would help if the staff took time to better communicate with their clients. Overall, it was a missed opportunity for a relaxing session.
