When I first visited for a medical appointment in Lake Bluff, I was looking forward to a good experience, but unfortunately, the waiting time was pretty frustrating. I get that it's busy, but even a little communication goes a long way in managing expectations. I think reducing the wait would make a huge difference. The staff seemed nice enough when I finally got in, but it felt like I was in the waiting room for ages. Overall, not the best visit.

I truly enjoyed the convenience of having the blood work done locally, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the handling of my child. I brought my little one in for some routine testing, and I was really hoping for a smooth process. Instead, I was met with staff who seemed a bit overwhelmed and, to be honest, quite rude. It was a bit shocking, especially in a healthcare setting where one would expect a touch of compassion, especially for children. I felt disappointed because this should be a routine experience for us, and instead, it became quite stressful. I would love to see more training for the staff in dealing with younger patients to ensure a friendlier and calmer atmosphere. We all want the best for our children, and sometimes a little kindness goes a long way in making what could be a scary situation feel much more comfortable.

I called multiple times, only to be met with long wait times and what felt like a lack of communication among the staff. It made it hard to get timely appointments, which is critical for someone like me trying to manage a persistent issue. I appreciate the services they offer, especially in supporting those with chronic conditions, but I do believe they need to improve their internal communication and scheduling processes. It would really make a difference in the patient experience.
