The woman who administered the service seemed quite seasoned, but her aloof demeanor didn't help calm my nerves. I was terrified throughout the entire session, not really understanding what was happening or why. I wish there had been a clearer explanation of the procedures and the equipment used—an overview would have made a real difference for someone like me. Overall, I didn’t feel valued as a client, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the hype. While I appreciate the importance of detox and was hoping for some clarity regarding the process, I found the communication from the staff to be lacking. I felt rushed and a bit pressured into certain decisions about the services I should try next, which made me quite frustrated. Annette tried her best, but the overall atmosphere didn’t promote the relaxing environment I was hoping for. They definitely have some great services like aromatherapy and massage therapy, but they could really shine if they focused on clearer communication and less of a sales pitch vibe. Each time I've gone in, I've left feeling more annoyed than rejuvenated. I hope they consider this feedback, as I think with some adjustments, they could really enhance the experience.
