After hearing good things about the facial services, I decided to give it a shot since I’ve been on a quest for clear skin. The atmosphere was lovely, and I was really looking forward to leaving with glowy skin. However, I walked out feeling a bit let down. While the facial was nice and relaxing, I didn’t see the results I had hoped for. They mentioned they could help with blackhead extraction, but I still felt some stubborn ones remaining, which I thought could've been more effectively addressed. I believe that if I had gone for a full treatment, like the deeper cleaning or maybe even added a microdermabrasion session, the experience would’ve been more satisfying. I definitely think they should recommend full-price services for a more complete experience. I’ll probably go back and try something different next time.
