Not long after I scheduled a neuropsychiatric evaluation, I had high hopes of uncovering some answers to my cognitive concerns. However, my experience in Eugene was unfortunately not what I expected. Brandi, the practitioner I worked with, seemed a bit condescending and unsympathetic, which made for a less-than-comfortable environment. I understand that these evaluations can be complex, but clearer communication about the process and how long the appointment would take would have really eased my worries. On the bright side, the owner did apologize and offered a full refund, which showed they value client feedback. I appreciate that, but overall, I left feeling quite disappointed. I hope they take steps to improve, as the potential for great service is definitely there!
