I had no idea that my visit would turn out to be such a disappointment. I was really looking forward to a relaxing body massage with essential oils, hoping to unwind and escape the stress of everyday life. Unfortunately, from the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere felt off. The noise level was much higher than I expected, making it hard to relax. To top it off, the masseuse was not particularly welcoming or friendly, which only added to my discomfort. I thought ear candling might be a nice alternative, but I just couldn't shake off the irritation from the initial experience. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for a calming retreat. If they could work on the ambiance and staff interactions, it could truly become a sanctuary for relaxation.

I booked a 60-minute full body massage with hot stones, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations! Linda, my massage therapist, was incredibly attentive and created a soothing atmosphere that allowed me to unwind instantly. The hot stones were a delightful touch; they melted away my stress as if they were working magic on my muscles. The whole experience felt personalized, especially with her friendly demeanor and excellent technique. I left feeling rejuvenated, almost floaty with gratitude for such a pleasant and satisfying experience. My only suggestion would be to enhance soundproofing in the massage rooms so that the outside hustle and bustle doesn't break the serene vibe. Still, it was an oasis of calm in busy Ridgewood, and I can't wait to return for another session soon!
