What drew me to this therapy service was the promise of healing, especially after going through such a tough time. I walked in hoping to find some respite from the emotional turmoil I was experiencing. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet those expectations. Admittedly, I had high hopes, but the professionalism I encountered was lacking. The staff seemed disengaged, which left me feeling more disappointed than comforted. It's vital in these situations to feel a sense of connection and support, and I just didn’t get that here. I think they could really improve by focusing more on compassion and human decency in their approach. I didn't walk away with the sense of healing I desperately needed, which was a huge letdown. I believe with some adjustments, they could make a real difference for those seeking help.
