Customer Reviews
Warren M.
I never expected to feel this way after seeking mental health support. I reached out looking for guidance and relief, but my experience was far from what I hoped. The communication with the staff left much to be desired; I found it disheartening as I waited for responses that never came. Occasionally attending sessions, I thought their approach to therapy would be helpful, but instead, I felt sidelined. The professionalism of the staff was also a letdown, which made it all the more difficult to open up and seek the help I desperately needed. It’s disappointing because mental health is so crucial, and reliable support is something everyone deserves. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their communication and ensure that their patients feel valued and understood.

I didn’t expect my experience in Forest Hills to turn out this way. While I was hopeful about receiving help, the therapy sessions didn’t feel engaging. I found the therapist to be quite unprofessional, which made it hard to open up. I think there needs to be a deeper connection and more meaningful interaction for clients to benefit from these services. Disappointment is the last thing you want when seeking mental health support.

It’s hard to express how frustrated I was with my experience at BPC. I went in looking for mental health support, hoping to get some guidance through counseling. Instead, I encountered a staff member, Nadine, who was not only dismissive but outright disrespectful. During what was supposed to be an important conversation about my mental health, I felt belittled and unheard. It seemed like my concerns were brushed aside, and there was little to no compassion in the care provided. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it left me feeling more upset than when I arrived. I wish I could recommend them, but my encounter has made me hesitant to return.
