As I walked in with my little one, I was hoping for a quick and easy diagnosis for her ear infection. The place looked welcoming enough, but the experience took a turn for the worse pretty quickly. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit unprofessional; I felt like I was more of a bother than a patient. Once we finally got in, the diagnosis felt rushed. I left with a prescription, but the dosing information was confusing and left me second-guessing everything. I really just wanted to make sure my child was taken care of properly. A little more attention to detail and communication would go a long way. For now, I’m left feeling disappointed and wishing we had a better experience.

The moment I walked into Memorial Hermann, I hoped for a smooth experience, especially given it was an emergency situation. Unfortunately, I was left feeling quite disappointed. The wait time was longer than I expected, and when I finally got assistance, it felt rushed and minimal. I went in expecting a certain level of care, but it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and unable to provide the attention necessary. If they could improve on their service quality and responsiveness, it could really make a difference for those in urgent need.
