During my time here, I had a consultation with a nurse practitioner that uncovered a misdiagnosis I had been living with for a while. I went in hoping for some clarity, and while I did appreciate the effort, I left feeling a bit concerned about the NP's confidence in diagnostic skills. It would be great to see more training in this area, as I believe it could really improve the overall experience. On a positive note, the facility was clean and the staff was courteous. I'm glad I found this place, but I do hope they enhance their NP's diagnostic confidence moving forward. 😊

It wasn’t long after I stepped into the facility in Missouri City that I started to feel the first pangs of disappointment. I was hopeful about receiving top-notch medical assistance, but the front desk service honestly left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a patient. Even though the physician was professional and did their best to help me, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of cooperation from the staff. I also had to wait an extended period for an X-ray, which, it seemed, they were short-staffed for. If they could improve the front desk interactions and bring in a dedicated X-ray technician, I truly believe they could turn things around. Here's hoping they step it up for the next visitor!

Before I left GoHealth Urgent Care, I couldn't shake the feeling that my concerns were just brushed aside. I went in thinking I was getting a straightforward treatment for what I thought was a simple infection, but it turned into a bit of a health mess instead. I really felt like the staff weren’t listening to me. I was explaining my symptoms in detail, pointing out how they had escalated, but it seemed like my worries were falling on deaf ears. It would have been nice if they took a moment to consider what I was saying. I mean, I get that urgent care can be hectic, but a little more attentiveness would go a long way. It’s frustrating to walk out feeling like you didn't get the care you needed, especially when you’re feeling unwell. If you’re hoping for a place that listens and genuinely provides better care, I’d recommend doing your research first.
