I wasn’t expecting my experience to go the way it did. I had a surgery appointment recently in North Dallas, and unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The atmosphere felt hectic, which made me uneasy. I found myself waiting longer than anticipated without any communication about the delays. It would have been so helpful if someone had just updated me on what was happening. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem very respectful or attentive, which only added to my frustration. I really think they need to work on communicating better with patients. I’m hoping my next visit—if I have to return—will feel less stressful.
