Every time I walk into Massage Envy in Los Angeles, it's like a mini-vacation for my mind and body. I recently treated myself to a deep tissue massage with Maria, and let me just say, she worked wonders! Not only was I welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable staff, but Maria's magic hands had my muscles feeling loose and completely pain-free in no time. I could literally feel the stress melting away! If you’re looking for some serious relaxation and you happen to be in L.A., I can’t recommend Massage Envy enough—it's my go-to for stress relief!

I truly enjoyed my previous visits to Massage Envy, where I usually indulge in their massages. However, this time, I left feeling quite disappointed. I had booked a 90-minute session, anticipating a blissful escape from my busy life, but the massage lasted only about 70 minutes, which honestly felt a bit short for what I paid. Adding to that disappointment, I had some questions about my session afterward, but the staff seemed unresponsive, which left me feeling a little neglected. I really hope they can improve their customer service and ensure clients receive the full time they pay for. I still love the atmosphere and their services, but I'm hoping my next visit will be back to the amazing experience I remember.
