During my time at the spa, I was looking forward to a relaxing massage to relieve some stress. The atmosphere had that calm vibe you want in a healing space. However, I was a bit disappointed with the experience overall. The massage therapist did a decent job working out the knots in my back, which I appreciated, but the communication was a challenge. There was a noticeable language barrier that made it confusing when I tried to discuss my needs. Additionally, I felt like privacy could have been better maintained during the session. It’s important to me to feel secure and comfortable. I believe that if they could improve their communication about service duration and ensure more privacy, it would enhance the overall experience. I still think it has potential, but there are definitely areas that need some attention. I hope to give it another shot someday!
