Once I walked into this place in Chula Vista, I was hopeful for a great experience. I was looking for some serious relaxation and heard their massages were top-notch. But then came the hiccup! After my massage, I found myself in an awkward situation about a disputed transaction regarding my payment. It was a bit of a letdown because the whole vibe there seemed promising. I felt like the staff, especially one older lady, could have been more clear about the monetary details and refunds. Overall, I just left feeling disappointed instead of relaxed. It’s a lovely spot, but I think they really need to work on their communication when it comes to billing 💔.
