I had high hopes for my visit to LZ SPA, especially since I was looking for some much-needed stress relief. From beginning to end, the experience didn't quite live up to what I had anticipated. While the massage itself was decent, the overall service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional, and I felt there was a lack of communication on expected gratuities. It would really enhance the experience if the team provided clearer guidance on this. I wanted to leave feeling rejuvenated but came away feeling a bit let down. I hope they can improve on these aspects because I truly want to support local spots that prioritize customer satisfaction.
