Designer Glitz & Glamour

I was really looking forward to my haircut and color appointment in Universal City, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. While the staff was super polite and Jason was clearly knowledgeable, I was hoping for a little more attention to detail in finishing my style. The color turned out nice, but I felt like the haircut could have been a bit sharper. It would also be great if they could clarify their prices a bit more upfront; I always like to know what to expect. Overall, I appreciate the vibe of the place, but I think they could improve on those finishing touches!

I must say, my experience at Designer Glitz & Glamour in Universal City was fantastic! Lavonte took care of my nails, and his attention to detail was top-notch. I walked in hoping for a little nail maintenance and walked out with stunning results! The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. If you're on the Northeast Side and in need of some pampering, I highly recommend popping in for their nail services. You'll leave feeling like a million bucks!

However, when I arrived, I was met with an unexpectedly long wait time that seemed to go on forever. Despite the lovely atmosphere, I couldn't help but feel frustrated. The staff didn't communicate effectively about the delays, and it felt quite unprofessional. I understand that sometimes things can get busy, but it’s crucial for businesses to keep clients in the loop, especially when they’ve made an appointment. If they could improve their scheduling and communication, it might help restore some faith in future visits. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience the services I had hoped for, which is really disappointing.
