I couldn’t believe how much I was looking forward to my deep tissue massage, hoping it would really help with my stress relief. The therapist had good pressure and used solid kneading techniques, which definitely eased some tension. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. It seemed like my main needs weren't fully understood, and the room ambiance could have been more relaxing—maybe some calming music or soft lighting could work wonders! Also, I would have loved to experience aromatherapy during the session. The staff interaction felt a bit off too; I didn’t feel as attended to as I hoped. I might come back for another visit, but I will definitely suggest these improvements next time!

I’d heard so many great things about this place, but my experience was quite disappointing. I think it would really enhance the experience if they ensured all staff members were licensed for the services they provide.
