Right from the moment I booked my spa appointment in Long Beach, I was really looking forward to some much-needed relaxation. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out they were closed. I get that sometimes things happen, but a heads-up would have been great! A quick text or email to let me know would have saved me a trip. I still want to try their anti-aging treatments and facials, but I hope they improve their communication. 😔
