What amazed me during my visit to this wellness center in Columbus was the massage therapy session I had with Jason. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel at ease—a great relief since I was seeking stress relief. Jason really understood what areas I needed focus on, and I walked out feeling lighter and better than I have in a long time. It's the perfect spot for anyone in the area looking for a calming escape and some much-needed self-care.

Once inside, I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I had been looking for a place to help me navigate my PTSD, and the supportive staff here have truly made a difference in my journey. Rania, my counselor, utilized a blend of Christian counseling and art therapy that was so refreshing. It was amazing to incorporate my faith while also unlocking my emotions through creativity. I didn’t think I could ever feel this uplifted, but with each session, my self-confidence has soared, and I find myself better equipped to handle triggers. The genuine care that comes from the staff in Columbus is palpable, and it feels great to finally be on a path toward healing. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking emotional support.

I didn’t expect to walk into a place that felt rather welcoming but ended up leaving with a feeling of disappointment. I went in looking for some solid support for my depression and anxiety, hoping to find guidance that could help me make progress. While the environment seemed cozy and the staff was polite, I felt like they didn’t quite have the resources or the depth of knowledge I needed for the significant issues I was facing. It’s frustrating when you reach out for help, only to feel like you didn’t get enough in return. I’ve frequented similar services elsewhere and had much better experiences. If only they could enhance their offerings to genuinely assist those grappling with deeper struggles, this could be a place worth recommending. For now, I’m still on the lookout for the right support.
