After trying to schedule my appointment, I found myself feeling a bit frustrated with the overall process. The staff were friendly, and I truly appreciated their positive demeanor, but there were moments when the communication felt a bit off. For instance, there were delays that left me in the dark about the acceptance policy, which added to my confusion. I think if they could work on improving clarity in their communications, it would greatly enhance the experience for everyone. The services offered, including the biofeedback sessions I tried, were interesting and hold potential, but the inconsistent updates left me yearning for a bit more structure and transparency. I hope my experience helps highlight what could be improved for future visits.

I believe clearer communication regarding data privacy and handling would make a big difference. It’s a shame because the services they offer could really help someone, but the delivery just didn’t meet my expectations this time.
