Little Foot Spa

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience in Manhattan! I went in for some foot reflexology and a lower leg massage, hoping to alleviate pain from an ingrown toenail. The atmosphere was so calming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Donna was my therapist, and she really understood my needs, adjusting the pressure perfectly. After the session, I felt a noticeable relief, and my legs and feet were rejuvenated. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a little blissful escape in the city!

I wasn’t expecting to walk out feeling more disappointed than when I walked in. I had been looking forward to getting a manicure, especially given how often I treat myself to some nail care. Unfortunately, my experience here left a lot to be desired. The first thing I noticed was the lack of cleanliness—it felt a bit off, and I found myself questioning the sanitation practices. I had hoped to relax and enjoy the pampering, but instead, I was kept on edge by the unhelpful staff who didn't seem to care much about my concerns. Just a little attention to hygiene practices and customer service would go a long way. Such a shame, as I really wanted to love this place!

I didn’t expect much when I stopped by for a mani/pedi in Manhattan, but I was really hoping for a more seamless experience. Unfortunately, there was some confusion about appointments, and I ended up waiting longer than I anticipated. 😕 The staff was nice enough, but communication could definitely improve. I think they could really benefit from streamlining their scheduling. The services were decent once I got through, but I left feeling a bit disappointed overall. I would love to see them step up their game!
