What sets them apart in a negative way is the lack of care I experienced at LBU Community Clinic. I was expecting a smooth pregnancy journey, but the experience left me feeling disappointed. Dr. Batson was often rushed and seemed uninterested in my concerns. One major issue was the poor communication regarding my test results; it felt like I had to chase them down just to get some basic answers. Appointments were often delayed, and when I raised my concerns, the staff was surprisingly rude. I really hoped for a supportive environment during such a crucial time, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I think they need to focus on better communication and respect for their patients if they want to improve the pregnancy care services.
