Every time I visit Lavish Threading Salon, I hope for a better experience, but it seems like I'm setting myself up for disappointment. My last visit was particularly frustrating. The estheticians were not just unhelpful but downright rude; Sarita and Roshni seemed more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to their clients. Instead of the clean and defined eyebrow shape I was looking for, I left with uneven brows and a heavy heart. It's hard to believe a place with such promising services could falter in professionalism. If they want to keep their clientele, I’d suggest they focus on respect and customer care. I’ll be looking for better options elsewhere.

I had high hopes for my visit, especially since I was excited about a little eyebrow grooming. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I’ve been going to Lavish Threading Salon occasionally to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lip done. I was a bit disappointed with my last visit, though. The practitioner, who looked Indian, seemed a bit unfriendly and didn't greet me warmly when I walked in. I felt like I was somewhat invisible, which is not the vibe you want when you’re trying to pamper yourself. The threading itself was fine, but a little acknowledgment or a smile would have gone a long way in improving my experience. I hope they can work on being more welcoming because the service could truly shine with just a bit more customer care.
