I recently decided to treat myself to a lash extension session, as I thought it would boost my look significantly. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find out that my appointment was canceled, with no prior notice. It felt quite unprofessional, especially since it was a special occasion that I was looking forward to. The staff were not very accommodating and didn’t offer much help in rescheduling or finding another option. Being situated in such a busy area, I think it would really help if they had backup staff for busy days. I’d love to come back for lash enhancements, but I hope this experience isn’t repeated.
