LA Fitness

Without a doubt, my experience with LA Fitness left me feeling frustrated. I was looking for a gym membership that could help me improve my fitness, but instead, I encountered some major hiccups. The staff's attitude was surprisingly rude, which really put a damper on my motivation. I also wish they would be more transparent about their guest policies—it's annoying to feel like you're not getting the full picture when trying to enjoy the facilities. Overall, I think they could do a much better job at training their staff to be more respectful and customer-oriented. Sad to say, but I was left disappointed.

After experiencing a few months at the gym, I have to say I'm a bit frustrated 😕. The equipment often feels like it’s in a perpetual state of chaos—finding available machines can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack! Plus, I wish there was a bit more organization around the weights and benches. It would really help if management could step up on that front. I love the idea of group classes and the indoor pool, but with everything feeling so disheveled, it definitely dampens the experience. Hoping to see some improvements soon!

I joined looking for a place to enjoy family activities and perhaps some soothing time in the sauna, but instead, I walked away feeling undervalued as a member. Transparency in their policies and better treatment from management would really enhance the experience here. I wanted to be able to recommend this place for a family workout or swimming together, but sadly, my enthusiasm faded fast.
