After my first visit to the urgent care facility in Northeast Philadelphia, I was left feeling quite disappointed. I had taken my little one in hoping for quality care during a tough time, but the experience fell short. The staff did not seem welcoming at all; it felt like they were more focused on completing tasks than on providing compassionate care. I believe that doctors, especially those working with children, should exhibit a level of understanding and empathy that makes both the patient and the parent feel at ease. It’s crucial for caregivers to remember that these visits can be scary for families. I hope they can make some improvements in how they interact with patients. Everyone deserves to feel cared for in moments of vulnerability. I’m not sure I would return, especially as I seek out truly supportive environments for my children's health care.

I couldn't believe how wonderful my experience was! I had to visit for urgent care recently, and from the moment I stepped in, the warmth of the staff made all the difference. Lous A Sprague, CRNP, took the time to really listen to my concerns and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It didn’t take long for me to feel at ease when I visited. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the often tedious process feel surprisingly quick. I was there to complete the requirements for my driver's test, and everything went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to have the forms for the driver's test readily available; I had to hunt a bit for them. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and grateful for their fast service. If you’re looking to check off your own health requirements quickly, I’d highly recommend it!
