I didn’t expect my visit to Jefferson Health in Olney-Oak Lane to be as frustrating as it turned out. The staff were super friendly, but my experience with their dental department left me feeling pretty disappointed. I went in for dentures, hoping for some solid care, but the follow-up just wasn't there. I think having more regular check-ins would really help those of us trying to navigate our dental needs. Overall, it just didn’t feel like I received the effective care I was looking for. 😕
