I wasn’t very impressed with my recent visit. Although I had high hopes based on recommendations, the overall quality of service left much to be desired. The staff seemed a bit inattentive and I felt like I was just another number. It would really help if they could focus more on being professional and attentive to patients’ needs. I was looking for a supportive environment, especially given the nature of the services offered, but sadly it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

After my session at Jefferson Health in Olney-Oak Lane, I felt an incredible sense of relief and renewed energy. I went in for a hysterectomy and was admittedly anxious about the whole process. However, Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Meyers were absolutely fantastic—both were reassuring, and they took the time to explain every step along the way. It’s refreshing to experience such compassionate care. The overall vibe at the facility was positive, and the medical staff showed genuine concern for my well-being. I especially appreciated how Dr. Jaeger followed up post-procedure to make sure I was doing well. The only downside I encountered was the demeanor of the reception area; there were moments of rudeness that were a bit off-putting. Nevertheless, I left feeling grateful and significantly improved in my health. I’d definitely recommend Jefferson Health for anyone looking for a supportive healthcare environment in Philadelphia, just with a hope that the front desk staff could match the warmth of the medical team.

I left feeling quite frustrated after my OBGYN consultation. The staff was unfriendly and made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. I really think they could improve their customer service—it’s so important, especially in a healthcare setting. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this visit.
