While I was at Jefferson Health for a medical consultation in Roxborough-Manayunk, I had a mixed experience. The information provided by the doctor was helpful, but I ended up waiting quite a bit longer than expected. I think it would be great if they considered offering a refund or some sort of compensation for patients if the doctors are significantly late. It's important to feel valued, even when things don't go as planned.

While I was hoping for a thorough medical appointment for my son, I have to say that my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. The staff seemed a bit unresponsive, which ended up leaving us feeling overlooked. It was disappointing, especially since I had seen that they were accepting new patients. I really think if they're unable to provide adequate attention, they should reconsider this tag. Definitely hoping for a better experience next time—after all, caring for our little ones is top priority! 🌟

I have to say, my experience during a recent check-up in Roxborough-Manayunk was disappointing, to say the least. From the moment I walked in, I felt judged and disrespected by some of the staff. It was especially disheartening as a woman of color seeking medical help; I expected to be treated with dignity. Thankfully, there was one African American nurse who stood out for her kindness and professionalism, which made a world of difference amidst the negativity. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and unwelcome, and I can't see myself coming back for care again. It's 2023, and patient respect should be a given, regardless of background.
