What amazed me was how friendly everyone was at Jefferson Health. I had to visit the emergency room recently, and while the staff tried their best, I found the communication to be lacking. It felt like there was a disconnect, especially at the nurses' station. I really appreciated how kind Jamie was, but I believe clearer communication could make a world of difference in stressful situations like these. A bit more responsiveness from the nursing staff would truly enhance the overall experience. I hope they can focus on this, as the caring atmosphere is something they should be proud of!
