Not long after I walked into the urgent care, I realized that this was not the experience I had hoped for. I mean, when you're not feeling well and trying to figure out what's going on, the last thing you need is a communication breakdown. 🤦‍♂️ The staff was not the friendliest bunch—except for one nurse who truly seemed to care. She was a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. I left feeling disappointed and without a clear diagnosis. It felt like they were more focused on just getting through patients than really figuring out my issue. I could have really used some effective communication and a more organized approach. Seriously, it would help if the staff could just take a moment to listen and connect with the patients. I had hoped for a little more care, especially since health is such a big deal. Overall, I wouldn't rush back unless there were some changes made. Communication really is key! 😕

I walked in with hope of getting a referral for some medical care, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. It felt like the staff, including the practitioner I met with, just weren’t accommodating, which added to my frustration. Despite being a patient who occasionally visits, I found it frustrating that they didn't seem willing to help, especially when I was running late for my appointment. I really think they should consider seeing patients who arrive late or are in urgent need of assistance. Overall, it left me feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

I never expected my trip to the ER in Northeast Philadelphia to be such a frustrating experience. I went in with severe pain, hoping for quick relief and care. The waiting room felt like a scene out of a bad movie—people were lined up for what seemed like forever, and when I finally got called back, it didn't get any better. The nurse, Betty, was curt and unhelpful, which made the whole situation feel even more stressful. I felt like I was more of a bother than a patient. After such a long wait and minimal treatment, I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. I really hope they can improve wait times and the overall patient care experience because I won't be returning anytime soon.
