I have to say, my experiences at Jefferson Health for my Ob/Gyn needs have been a bit frustrating. The nurses are really friendly, and they actually make me feel comfortable, which I appreciate. However, when it comes to the doctors, I've had some stressful interactions. The communication just hasn't been great; it can take a while to get responses to my concerns. I chose this place because it’s close to home, but I wish the doctor response times were better. Overall, I feel like there’s potential for improvement in making patients feel heard and supported.

I’ve been searching for reliable healthcare in Northeast Philadelphia, and my visit to Jefferson Health left much to be desired. When I went for a consultation regarding my PCOS, I felt like the staff was more interested in getting through the appointment than actually helping me. The communication was frustrating—definitely not the warmth you hope for when dealing with health concerns. They seemed nonchalant and a bit rude, which only added to my worries. I appreciate the variety of services they offer, but honestly, I think they need to work on accommodating patients better and improving their overall interaction. I left feeling pretty disappointed.

I’ve been going to Jefferson Health for my OBGYN consultations for a while now, hoping for a warm and welcoming experience, but I have to say, I felt quite let down. My last visit was particularly disappointing; the male doctor with long hair I saw seemed more interested in his thoughts than in listening to my concerns. It was frustrating to feel dismissed and not treated with the respect I expected, especially when discussing such personal health matters. I really think that staff training could be improved to ensure everyone in the community feels valued and cared for. For future visits, I hope Jefferson Health takes these concerns seriously, because no one should leave feeling disrespected. I'm not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.
