Since my visit to Jefferson Health in Center City, I have mixed feelings about my experience. I went in for a CT scan with contrast injection, expecting a smooth and professional process. I didn’t have the best experience during my recent visit to this health center in Center City. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how cluttered and unclean the waiting area felt. The bathroom could definitely use some attention, as it didn’t seem well-maintained. I also had issues with the sign-in kiosk, which was frustrating and made the process feel more chaotic than it should have been. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and barely acknowledged my questions. I had hoped to receive adequate medical service, but honestly, I felt overlooked. I think there’s a lot of potential here, but they really need to enhance their customer service training and pay more attention to cleanliness and operational efficiency.
