I walked in with so much hope about getting certified in CPR, but I left feeling really frustrated. 🙁 The whole process was a bit misleading, especially regarding the class enrollment and their refund policy. I had to miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances, and it felt like I just lost money with no clear way to recover it. It’s such a bummer, especially in a vibrant place like Little Caribbean, where the community cares so much about health and safety. I really think they need to be more transparent about these policies, so others don’t have to go through the same hassle. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to learning those vital skills!

To my surprise, while I got my CNA document processed here, the experience was a bit frustrating. On one hand, the training was solid, and I did gain valuable insights, but the communication regarding my documents was a real struggle. It felt like I was constantly having to follow up to check on the status, which added a layer of stress to the process. I just wished there had been more clarity and quicker responses from the staff. It's a place with potential, and I believe with a bit of improvement in the communication department, it could be a lot smoother for future trainees!

I had no idea what to expect when I signed up for a training course at HEARTSAVER-NY MEDICAL TRAINING CENTER. I was really looking forward to learning crucial life-saving skills, but honestly, I came away feeling a bit disappointed. The content was informative, but there was a real lack of professionalism in how the classes were conducted. The instructor seemed rushed and didn’t engage with us, which really made it hard to absorb the material. I wanted this to be a positive experience, especially since I was hoping to bring some serenity into my busy life, but it just felt frustrating. I think they could really benefit from improving their communication and engagement with students. Overall, it was just okay—leaving me wishing for more from what could have been a great experience.
