I wasn’t really sure what to expect during my daughter's pediatric appointment, but I was hoping for some consistency in care. While I appreciated that there was access to pediatric services for her, the interactions with the staff felt a bit hit-or-miss. Some of the nurses were fantastic—patient and thorough—while others seemed rushed and not as engaging. It would be nice if they could streamline their approach a bit more, especially since it's no fun to navigate health concerns when your kiddo is feeling under the weather. Overall, we got what we needed, but I left feeling like there’s room for improvement in how the staff communicates and connects with parents. I want my daughter's medical care to feel supportive and cohesive, and I hope they can work on that going forward.
