After my visit, I felt quite frustrated with the overall experience. I went in for a medication management consultation with the hope of getting some clarity on my prescriptions. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was far from pleasant. At times, they seemed impatient and dismissive, which made the situation feel even more stressful. Dr. Allison was thorough, but the rudeness from the staff overshadowed her efforts. Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness of the facility was lacking, which didn’t help my comfort level. I think there’s a lot of potential here, but it would really benefit from some improvements in staff behavior and a thorough cleaning routine.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist! My experience here in Pasadena was nothing short of fantastic. Dr. Lissy John and her team made the process so comfortable, I felt like I was just chatting with friends rather than sitting in a dreaded dental chair. The staff were incredibly friendly, easing my nerves right when I walked in. I had some routine dental work done, and they explained everything they were doing along the way, which made me feel really at ease. If you're in the Pasadena area and dreading a dental appointment, trust me—this place is a game changer!

I didn't expect my visit to be so underwhelming. While I appreciate the range of services offered, like chronic disease management and wellness visits, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Dolores, the practitioner I interacted with, was quite rude and didn't seem to have the best communication skills. It felt disheartening as someone seeking health consultations. I think they could really improve by focusing on treating patients with greater respect and empathy. It's unfortunate because their facilities look great and they offer essential services that could help the community.
