I truly enjoyed my last visit to Hand & Stone in Port Washington, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. I was in desperate need of some relief for my bad back, hoping for a strong, experienced massage. Unfortunately, the male masseuse who worked on me didn’t seem as experienced as I had hoped. While he was friendly, I felt he wasn't very trustworthy in his techniques. I think it's important for the staff to be more transparent about their experience and training. This way, clients can set their expectations better. I appreciate the efforts and the relaxing atmosphere but might need to look elsewhere for some real pain relief.
