I wasn’t thrilled with my recent visit for a massage. Melissa was my therapist, and while I was looking forward to some much-needed stress relief, the experience fell short. It felt like she was distracted and not really paying attention to my needs. I expected a professional touch, but it came off as pretty unprofessional, which was disappointing. I think the staff could really improve their attentiveness to clients. While I appreciate that everyone has off days, I really hope this can improve because I wanted to love it. Just a heads up if you’re thinking of trying it out!
