One of the best things about Glow Salon & Spa in Richmond, Texas, is how welcoming the atmosphere feels. I was excited to try their Silk Press treatment, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit unprofessional while I was there, juggling both appointments and walk-ins, which really affected my experience. I left feeling disappointed with my hair, which was not what I hoped for. I think they could improve by focusing on one client at a time for better results. It's a bummer because I truly wanted to love this place! 💔
